With the “Youth Skill Development” Training Program, BJIT Academy aims to pave the way forward for the talented minds, ensuring job placement and great opportunities. After successful completion of the Training, 50% of the Trainees will be employed by BJIT & the rest 50% will be introduced to Global companies, based on their training performance & competency area. 
This training will be a complete package, focusing on the technical domain, soft skills, and practical project work. The fresh talents from renowned universities will undergo 10 weeks of technical training & 1 week of Project work where they will get to enjoy a practical project experience. 
After the successful completion of the training, the talented pool of brains will get to work with us on exciting projects, making a strong impact globally.
✪ Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the training, assignment, and exams.
• Portray a dedicated mindset and adaptability to learn all the required technologies.
• Maintain 100% attendance. 
• Complete the given tasks and assignments on time.
• Maintain training schedule strictly.
✪ Requirements: 
• Professional degree in IT, or ICT-related subjects.
• Considerable knowledge of modern programming languages, good problem-solving ability and Object-Oriented Programming skill.
• Out-of-the-box thinker, Problem solver with a good competitive programming profile.
• Basic Knowledge in any automation testing framework. 
• Good knowledge of software test plans, test designs, test objectives, test cases, and reports.
• Good communication skills to respond to all technical support inquiries pertinent to software application functions and operation.
• Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment will add value.
• Applicant must have an interest in manual testing in parallel to Automation. 
• Good to have a Professional Certification in SQA like ISTQB fundamentals.
• Must have a proactive learning mindset & good communication skill in English. 
• Both the Freshers and experienced engineers are eligible & welcome to apply to this program.
✪ Educational Requirement:
• B.Sc. in CSE or any related discipline.
✪ Experience Requirements: 
• At most 1 year.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
