Position: Senior Software Developer/ Team Lead

- Providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating with Development Project Managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered accurately.
- Effectively providing reasonable estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.
- Providing regular project status updates to address any project requirements, issues, or changes.
- Managing teams to maintain a high quality for software products by establishing good habits and practices.
- Evaluating a variety of software products, providing peer review and solutions to related code.
- Adhering to a set standard of development principles and delivering timely and on-budget solutions. 
- Defining phases in the product life cycle that includes activities and milestones. 
- Creating a documentation process such as the project event and risk log or any other reporting needed.
- Participating in project review meetings to provide updates on progress.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment for the seamless implementation of current, including new systems.
- Taking responsibility in making strategic decisions that will help ensure the implementation of initiatives.

- Must have a high understanding of available technical solutions and contribute to team success at the code level
- Must be an expert in debugging and have basic Quality Assurance (QA) attributes
- Minimum 2 of experience as a Software Developer (Laravel)
- Php and Laravel Framework
- JQuery, AJAX
- Understanding of Vue.js/ React.js
- MySQL
- Git
- Test and develop API
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, Data Structure and Algorithms
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to read through a functional requirement and understand the technical implementation from documentation
