Plot has small boundary waIl, my name plaque, some trees, land is at street level, street and drainage completed. Plot located close to lake and 3 bridges. You can get plan approved from Rajuk for a house.

Please do NOT waste your valuable time by offering to sell my plot/do something else/try something else. ALL Rajuk and Bhume Land Office rules will have to be followed. You should visit the plot and validate the Rajuk file prior to making any decision. You should bring a lawyer with you.

Fifty percent of the money to be paid at Rajuk Hazira date and rest at final registration date. ALL transactions to be completed in 30 days. ALL payments by bank certified check only. One crot and twenty lac.
