Land location is nice in between SHAHJALAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND MIRPUR DOHS. We have bought land by 32 person 4 Years ago, we are getting Rajuk permission G+9, so Top Floor 4 Flat will have in our hand , every share holder will get money from that flat ,it will have extra benefit,  our Flat size will be 1036 sq feet actual size, Now we are going to start building construction .I have 2 share there , I really need urgent money, that's why I am  trying to sell urgently only in cost price, Insha'Allah If Anybody take 2 share together then, I will honor to him. Please don't bargain about price because, I am selling share with Rajuk plan pass soho G+9. The price is less ,so  if you come early, you will get first .If not possible ignore it, Thanks
